If someone looks like a redneck I often speak of them as "Billy Bob", "Billy Tom", Billy (insert name here)"
E.G.
"look over there at Billy Bob, he's a right odd fellow now wouldn't you say?"
or
"Hey Billy Ray, those tight pants mighty comfy?"
This will at times result in a brawl, or perhaps in a hasty retreat, but it amuses me all the same.
