I believe you can get it almost anywhere on your body.

It's not facial herpes, it's oral herpes. They only affect the mouth, and when they do they form as blisters, that's what a cold sore is...it's not a pimple.

And of course you can't. I'm sure at least one person has masturbated during an outbreak. And personally I've never heard of hand herpes. awesome
