I have a mixed opinion on Edward. I know he loves Bella but what he did to her when he left her infuriated me and Jacob has always been there. Sure, he's been stand off-ish in New Moon from becoming a wolf and things with Edward coming back but he has kept his promise to be her friend and he has NOT given up with trying to get Bella. And it's not, to me, an annoying persistence. Jacob really loves Bella and it hurts that she wouldn't give him a chance after all Edward had done.
But I'm starting Eclipse tomorrow! 😄

Understandable. Jacob was way better explained in New Moon book than in the movie and that's what makes me mad.
