I'm being hired as a cook for the Muddy River Bar & Grill in Moapa, NV. They said that within 2 weeks I'll be in. Their food is a little bland at the moment, but with my coming in and the other new guy they just hired, we're going to spice up the place with new recipes of current items and whole new food ideas. We'll put this place on the map.

In highschool I took an elective class that ran the Bulldog Cafe, we went through all the training on how to cook high class food and how to run a restaurant. I was a cook, waiter, dishwasher, cashier, etc.
We would spend one hour of the class preparing the meals and the restaurant and then the second hour we would open the doors to the students who wanted to buy food that was better than the cafeteria crap.
We'd make all sorts of great food, each day had a different theme, so we would cook stuff from all around the world. My favorite was the Chicken Cordon Bleu.
So, yes, I have some formal training.
This will speed the film up. It'll give me money to fund it.
