i am upset that some ppl from other sites has come here after all they did is bad mouth the forum..
they dont abide by the debating rules of no member bashing and simply follow me around.
hate to report them but they should have bn banned the 1st time they broke the rules.. he has bn around for about 2 months..
he's broken the rules 4 times in one day still waiting for his ban.
since MD said I can spar as long as I am wearing ted/hose compression stockings, I sparred yesterday
1. I out strike him but he out grappled me, however, I was able to get back up and I executed my single collar clinch and start uppercutting
2. another opponent I stuffed his takedowns got him in a head lock using single arm and the other arm start uppercutting his head.
3. another opponent but i lost this one. I was out grappled out striked and I couldnt get a good control on my clinch, I only had a 1 powerful uppercut during clinch. the rest I got pushed body kicked repeatedly then taken down and then gnp sets up an armbar. I failed this one.
