I sweated alot more today than I usually do during my personal fitness class. I was wearing a long sleeve under-armor shirt, a t-shirt on top of it, and sweat pants. And on top of that it was like ridiculously hot outside.
I usually don't really sweat that much and I don't really get tired at all during that class. I think I'll keep wearing all that crap in it though to challenge myself.
We do like 45 minutes of warm ups in that class. Is that really necessary?

hmm.. mine was on how to help treat injuries prevent them and know what chemicals one works with and how to handle them safely... how to do paper work who to call...and i had an entire office that help support my presentations behind the scenes.
