I'm not one to talk really at the moment, as I'm not really that happy myself, but using sex to attain happiness doesn't seem like a good idea. If nothing makes you happy except sex then you probably should evaluate that.

My ex always said if you can't be happy with who you are then you can't make the ones you want to be happy, happy.

For me it was ironic because technically she's right.

I do understand the point. I don't feel it is my responsibility to make others happy, even the ones I like. That is something they should achieve on their own. I'm too busy searching for my own source of happiness.
