i've not had contact with my dad's side in 12 years, feel as though i should change over to my moms side, Also i get the coolness of a french last name, and people wont be able to say it right, and i'll laugh.

Ha well that works.

People always think my dad is my step dad because I don't have his last name. Him and my mom got maried when I was ten. And now that I'm 23 I figure one day (err maybe) I'll get married and it'll change anyways.

if when i get married, my partner has a cool enough last name, I'll take it.

one of my friends from high school was in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade hmm

One of my friends from high school died in a plane crash.
