Sure! The more the merrier!
Ok I trained from 2000 till the end of 2009 (4 times a week). Then I had a break till now, I went to the gym but not regularly (once a month or less). Now I want to change that again, I go but only 1-2 times a week.
How do you motivate yourself? Motivation is my biggest problem. I cannot find this determination if you know what i mean 🙁.

Motivation can be hard. Lord knows there are times I just feel like stopping altogether, and yet it is some of the most fun I've ever had. The only days I don't train, to be honest, are the ones where my body feels like pudding, because rest is important if your body needs to recover.
I've always been someone that believes that if I want something, I have to go get it. You just need to think about why you want it, how much you want it, and how much you're willing to do for it. When you understand those things, you do whatever it is (in this case, hitting the gym) to that extent.
If I feel unmotivated, I look up people that broke that are known to be some of the best in the world strictly by willpower and hard work, or anything of the kind. Then that inspires me to keep going.

I want to do so many things 😄. There is so much to do and never enough time... but the body is as important as the mind. You are right, one has to make a choice and work for it. When i was young it was easier to make this choice, because the body was more important 😄.
What people do you look up? Can you give me some examples?

Sometimes 20 minutes can be all you need if done right.

Sylvester Stallone, Bruce Lee, Rich Franklin, Rocky Marciano, Scott Adkins, Brock Lesner, Jason Miller, there are many out there to be inspired by.

What do you have in mind when you say 20 minutes is enough?
Oh yes, Bruce Lee. He was awesome. Good people on you list.

Well, take this one for example. This is a circuit I did right before college got too overwhelming, and it only took about 20 minutes when using good form.
REPEAT 4 Times (no rest)
Super Burpees (Burpee then jump to a pullup) - 25
Fold-Ups (Start with your body in elbowed plank position, then unfold into pushup position) - 15
Pushups - 25
Dips - 20
It's fast, but very effective.
