I can't recall if my average heartrate was 207 or 209 when I ran on the treadmill. I can recall my maximum heartrate was 230 so I'll have work hard to achieve getting my heartrate for both average maximum and average in the 200s again plus recording the exact numbers.

I completed my goal to workout 100 days in a row yesterday. I can say I'm very pleased and happy but not satisfied.
No doubt because I still need to complete my other goal to successfully regrow all my hair. I'll feel like I discovered a lot of gold when that happens since my hair is invaluable and a very sacred treasure to me.
