^ I usually try down about a half gallon of water a day at least. It really helps. It also makes you pee 46 times day. lol

Yeah, i dont enjoy driving long distances any more.
Riding my bike doesnt hurt my back nearly as much, but sitting in a car does.

My dad bought a Harley 3 Wheeler roadster, I was like "little late for a midlife crisis pops." He gives me the shut uppa you face look.

He rides pretty good for a guy that recently had quadruple bypass surgery and 2 replacement arteries.
