My problem is sometimes I'm just so overcome with this urge to just blurt everything out, just everything, and then there's no one to listen to me, and you just end up keeping it all in, pushing it down, and then in the end what stops you from bursting...
Hmm I might actually seriously consider seeing a psychiatrist, my dad's insurance will cover it anyways.

yeah. i feel you. i tend to have similar experiences when communicating. i bottle it all up and then the release is not pretty. 😬yeah. haha. i would but no one takes the idea seriously😛
Yea, for sure, I know what you mean.
Although my release is more really sad songs/movies and lots of crying. bag
My mom already thinks I'm anorexic, I'm sure she'd okay it 😛
yeah. totally. music is my therapy. and books and films with characters that i see my self/current situation in.😛
and the crying. haha. i have days when i cry myself to sleep and i don't quite know why exactly. it is just the overwhelming feeling of all those bottled up emotions mixing and not making sense i guess.
haha. my mom thought i was kidding😛 and my sis says they'd screw me up even more.

Oh god, I thought I was the only messed up one, I do the same thing 😮
Sometimes all the stress and pressure, and bottled up words just get to be too much for me and I just cry it out bag

hahaha.i know. me too😛
it does feel like i'm the only one but i guess its more common than everyone else lets on. people like putting up this happy-go-lucky facade i sense.i do it myself too i suppose, since most of my friends don't know i indulge in such down in the dumps moments. you really have to look to see people.✅
crying feels good. under the summer sky its theraputic. 🥷

Or listen, you really have to listen sometimes to see people.
I think it's a lot easier to put on a mask than to disguise your voice so to speak.
But I know what you mean, of all my teachers my senior year, only one really knew the real me, and only because we were assigned to keep journals, and I let it rip in mine. All others thought I was some cheery wide-eyed kid. 😂
I wish it was warmer, the coldness has got me down more so than usual.

oh yeah. very true. a combination of both really. but i just love people watching. its amazing how much it helps break down the facades everyone loves to live under. like there's this guy in my math class. very cute and incredibly cool. well and confidently dressed what with those saucy avaitors and fancy hat collection.😛 has this smooth aura about him. but today he was narrating a story to the professor and while i was watcjing him speak, there was this instance where it was all silent. and i guess self conciousness gripped him and he does this random uncomfortable quirky little lopsided smile . haha. very cute but pretty revealing.
mhm..yeah i tend to have this very silly, bubbly social persona going on. very few select people know my entire story. and whether or not i like it that way depends.😛 and i can't help but feel extremely vulnerable among those people who do see it all.
haha. it was freezing today here too.
