I know how you feel and I have went through the same thing you are going through. You care so much for a person but they don't show you the same feelings back and it messes with your head.
But you will get over them and realize that they were never worth the time in the first place.
Things will get better I promise you, you seem like a great girl Irene and from your pictures you are pretty damn attractive, you will find someone that will show you the same love you show them.

ahh how i wish we had some sort of a shield to protect ourselves from indulging in emotional follies.
we don't i'm afraid.
so we keep coming back, asking, begging to be messed with.
its a sad cycle that develops.
and the realization occurs after the damage is done.

I'm just so scared that they showed me the love once but I wasn't ready for it and was kind of stalling, and now well they're moving on, and I'm left behind.

If you care for them and you think they may feel the same way, maybe you could sit them down and tell them how you were afraid. Tell them that you didn't mean to stall before and you were feeling uncertain, see how they feel?
