Definitely, like all the bad guys who come in and have like 20 seconds of screen time.It just left me unfulfilled, as did Spidey 3.
Spoiler:
I mean the whole MJ and Harry thing. He chokes her and forces her to break up with the love of her life (which Kirsten Dunst ****ed up royally, it was lacking any real emotion) and then a day later she completely forgives him for abusing her. And you're left wondering wtf, like things are happening off screen and you missed it all. 😐
i liked that small part but spidey 3 coulda been a revenge type film if it wasnt rushed and so cheezy in parts of the movies.

And they didn't throw them in properly either. They added new mutants never before seen in the comics, changed origins for others and killed so many of them off like they were nothing characters even though they have such great stories in the comics and many more interactions with the X-Men.
Exactly. How could they just kill off
Spoiler:like he was a short-term character.

Cyclops
Because Marsden turned his back on X-Men like Brian Singer and had to go shoot Superman Returns at the same time. He chose that film over the ones he was already in contract for, so they wrote him out.
I'm more concerned about Psylocke and Callisto.

I know, but I was surprised because he was in the other 2 and was one of the first ever Mutants, then in the third it's just like "Well we don't need him anymore. Bye."
I haven't seen Spidey 3 yet but my dumbass friend told me who dies.

Meh, that's gay.
Refresh my memory, were they ever in the comics or animated series?

Spoiler:
I always thought he was coming back into the government fold at the end of the second and the trailer for the third paints a very different picture. 😬

Psylocke is a main character of the X-Men and has been around for quite a while. In the movie they lumped her in with the Morlocks for some reason. shrug But yeah, she is in the comics and I think the cartoon. She even had her own mini-series and junk.
Callisto is the leader of the Morlocks, been in many comics and was in X-Men: Evolution and possibly the original cartoon as well.

Ah I see, kthnx.
What are you concerned about though? That they are messing with the characters?

They bastardized the characters. 😬 In the comics they aren't killed off so easy, they team up with the X-Men on multiple occasions they fight them sometimes too. They have full stories that they could have included them in, but instead we get to see them on screen and hear their names maybe once.

That's lame. But as with most movies that are adapted from comics and books things get re-worked.
I've heard rumors of Stephen King's Dark Tower being made into movies or a mini-series and it will probably be butchered, which is sad because it's a great story. Though it spans 7 books. 😂
