Just like the iPod, everyday use will scratch it easily. And no one ever plans to drop things, but it still happens.

My iPods dont have any scratches on them, they wear cases.

So does mine, but a case for a touch sensitive phone? That will make it harder to use and less sensitive to your touch.

2 Megapixel photos, but it can't take short movie clips though most every modern cellphone camera can. Plus no IM.
