Sometimes i do lots of things i dont remember and i am told that every time this happens i am looking for something and i dont know what

One time i went to the toilet went downstairs got a drink came upstairs and never drank my drink. This was all veiwed by my sis who followed me and noted that i didnt notice her once not even when she spoke to me nonefox
and once i was in my room i looked for something, failed and went back to sleep
