DN Jaina Solo vs. ROTS Vader

But if the battle took place somewhere else, I say Anakin. I am not sure, can someone back me up? I know next to nothing about DN Jaina. Can she manipulate black holes?

No, she can't manipulate black holes. Only Luke and Kyp have done that. I don't see where that applies anyway...

She's good, but I'm not sure if she could take Vader. She's no where near her brother in power for sure. I'd give her the win more often the not though.
