History: She's been sent down to earth, specifically teen titans, to guard it. But before she came down to earth, her life in heaven wasn't all that great. She was teased because she was so skinny, she has a eating disorder. So she complained to the head angel, so she sent her down to earth. Once there, she became physically and emotionally attached to a young boy, around her age. But one day, when she was called back to heaven for good, the young boy decided that he would stay with her forever, so, he committed suicide. She was called back up and was told the news. She was horrified and sent to jail for a year. She cried and wept almost everyday, so they took pity on her and reincarnated the young boy as a black cat. She took the cat and returned to earth.

His section of the labs were working on re-creating the same super-soldier serum that had given Captain America his powers. A break-in was attempted, and Ted had no choice but to try and hide the only near-working serum there was; by injecting it into himself. Extremely volatile, the serum caused young Theodore to black out after he'd stumbled into the Plant studies area of the labs. He'd collapsed into a rack of various chemicals, all plant-based. These chemicals acted with the serum to create, Muckk.
Powers: Empathy based, meaning he can sense emotions psychicly. Posative emotions arrouse his interest, and calm him. Negative emotions, specifically anger, cause his body to create an acid. Superhuman streangth, and the ability to liquify, solidify at will. Nearly unkillable, as any projectile will either pass through, or be lodged in his body. Very large, ugly, and monsterous looking. Can ooze through virtually any opening, and form himself on the other side. Smaller the opening, the longer it takes to reform his full mass.
