Is NOTHING safe?

Now, i dont know the exact story, BUT: A Man was caught in a public restroom stalking little boys that came in. Now he wouldn't jump in on them and molest them in any way. What he would do is far worse, far more vile, and disgusting. He would go in after they had urinated, and he would drink it.

AND HE WAS CAUGHT DOING THIS.

Is it illegal to drink someone else's pee? The guy may need help but I wonder if he actually did anything wrong.
