I've changed my mind; My character will not be Ilkena but I will introduce another and more unique character (No stereotypes here!) he/she/it will be introduced later on in the game...
The opening part of the plot will be an example of one of the many challenges you may encounter along the way.
And a few pages of simple concept drawings will be up in the Artwork thread within the next two days; watch for it!

The naturalist is someone who is attuned with nature and tries to restore the balance that has been annihilated by the constant influx of advanced technology; replacing trees with terra-formic atmosphere-regulators to recycle the air. They are not Aginst technology but more-or-less out to retore the organic-technological balance without becoming overtly militarialistic.
In basic they respect and cherish life but are far more devoted to the study and preservation than the medic who is a capable fighter whilst having the ability to keep their companions in a fit and healthy state.
Yeah... I was going to say something about that. Restrained myself, though 😛
Aliies, I noticed o nthe previous page that you play Warhammer. The setting of the game reminds me heavily of Necromunda. Are there comparisons to be drawn between the two? It would make thinking up a story for my character a lot easier if you could define the world a little more.
Well the majority of the whole game is based on a very 'ahem' cr*ppy world but no, this was not inspired by Necro but that would be a good representation of the society structure. I strongly suggest you read my new post in the 'Tales Told Around The Glowlamp' in the fiction thread; it describes briefly were the game will start and the type of planet (Technically a small moon) this is.
And no; the Naturalist is not a clothe-hating hippy. They have begun to hate that technology has almost completely replaced natural ecosystem functions such as trees and wildlife in general has begun to rapidly decline on nearly all of the 13 colonized planets that you may visit far into the game when the plot develops.
Try reading the short stories, I'll try to post some more to further describe the places and culture.
A good example is that many people are lured towards Inolion after being promised a good life...
Cheap 'airfares' with one-way tickets, then only to find that tickets offworld are filtered by organised crime and only the wealthiest are able to afford them as to keep the populace in a slave-like position...
