Silver Surfer Vs Infinity-man

WHO TAKES THIS GALACTIC BATTLE.

what powers does the infinity man have and what has he done give us feats or a bio.

He is Darkseids brother (Drax) who basically has the same powers as SS, and he was killed when an island exploded during a battle with Devilance the Pursuer. He came back though, but the fact that an exploding island killed him speaks volumes.
