Karnak's way the hell faster than Daredevil, even Bullseye would have quite a time hitting him. It doesn't take him THAT much concentration. Bullseye would be down in one hit.

The guy had to pause to find a weak spot in a tree, a human being's going to be even more difficult. In that time twenty toothpicks have already gone through Karnak's eyes , ears and genitals.

Nowadays, he doesn't. He can see them pretty much all the time. Like in this picture:

He's taking time to study the worm while blackbolt is attacking it, and he's pressed against the wall . That looks like he's studying it to me.

Bullseye can be dodged though, as Daredevil has shown many a time. Karnak is both more skilled and much faster than Daredevil. (being an Inhuman) I don't see him getting hit much, and certainly not in the eyes, ears, and genitals. Bullseye will definitely get taken down by a single punch though, Karnak's a monster.

I thought daredevil only dodges Bulls-eyes projectiles because his radar sense allows him to see it in the air and dodge it. Unfortunately Karnak doesn't have that power. Although i agree that Karnak is a beast.

Not particularly , because the inumans are of higher stock their SLIGHTLY above peak huamn speed . He's not suddenly flash.

But can he control his blood flow , a toothpick enters and exists his heart.
