Why ?

Captain America is the peak of mankind. He is the epitome of the perfect human being , able to go for day's on end without tiring a master tactician and a superb combatant.

Deathstroke on the other hand is all this and more, his brain works at 95% whereas normal humans only use 5-15% at best. He has instantaneous reflexes (allowing him to tag the flash) , a degree of super-speed ( he caught up to impulse) and is immortal .

Deathstroke , to put it simply. Is way out of cap's league.

Deathstroke beats him like he stole something.

Cap is merely the epitome of human perfection whereas Slade is superhuman. Cap doesn't tire, but Deathstroke won't end up winded either and he has an insane healing factor. Deathstroke takes this one. Give Cap his shield to make this a semi-even match

Cap. Anybody who voted against him is unpatriotic😠 Just kidding. DS beats the s**t out of him the same way he should beat any non-meta when PIS ain't on.

If Slade is bloodlusted, which he hardly ever is in the comics, I don't actually see Cap getting just one punch in.

Cap with shield? Cap takes this. I'm sorry, but I'm sticking with Cap on this one. You see, Cap's focus and skills allow him the same style of timing that can let him take on people MUCH stronger than he is. If you read some more Cap, he's actually a lot better than a lot of you seem to credit him. I have a feeling that Cap would take this one, but not easily.

I think Cap would do better than Batman does against Slade.... but he'd still lose the majority

Ok, just this once: Cap gets curbstomped. Every single advantage in this fight goes to Deathstroke.

Cap dies for the reasons i earlier stated....

Steve Rogers is a lot of things.
He is at the peak of human perfection.
He is a profecient combatant.
He has gone through that whole super-soldier serum deal.

However, he is simply NOT on the level required to go against Deathstroke (and win).

Cap beats stronger guys because he is a better tactician DS is a better tactician then Cap.

Slade beats Steve.

But possibly not THAT well. Slade has had trouble fighting Batman in the past. Sure, he beat him, but still.

Deathstroke wins, pretty sure.

Slade only has trouble w/Bats for plot purposes though. He'd logically beat the s**t outta Cap & he'd do the same to Batman, maybe a bit worse.
