Doom vs Lex in his Battle Armor

Imo, Dr. Dooms magical abilities tip the scale in his favor. I just don't see how Lex will counter the Crimson Bands of Cyttorak or any other magical attack. 😬

Doom's armor is on par with these guys:

Before anyone starts mouthing, Iron Man's armor was powerful enough to do some damage to Superman in JLA/Avengers. Him and Wonderman put Supes down pretty quick after he jobbed Thor badly.

Also, Doom has his magical abilities. He'd put Lex down faster than you can say primrose poppinjay. (he called Daredevil that once)

Mr. Latveria wins.
