Toddler dies after drinking Methadone

Seriously, wtf is going on... a toddler drunk Methadone (substitute for heroin) thinking it was a soft drink.
Did his parents just leave this shit lying around?

Both parents were heroin addicts and the kid wasn't in care or on the child protection thing?

I wasn't aware Methadone came in a liquid form....guess I learned something new..............So sad. Poor kid.

Its one of those cases that just happens... Accidents happen, Unfortunately this one caused a death...

yes the system failed and it is tragic but its a sad fact of life, the parents prolly would have sold the kid for a gram

Makedde why should the parents be held accountable for this. After all you youself said that parents CAN'T protect their children 24/7. That in of itself seems hypocritical. (Note disgusted Sarcasm.)

However, I do believe the parents in this case will get what's coming to them. The fact this happend is inexcusable.
