Shio looks down at her with a smirk on his face. "hmm. Tear me apart huh. you don't look like you could tear anything apart right now and that person I was talking to... let's just say he's not your concern. As for the last thing you said. I can't say I really care right now. I've only had one thing on my mind since I left the vilage and until I accomplish my goal that is the only thing i will ever think about." he said to the unconcious girl.

"Now to make sure they don't get you until they do what I want." Shio muttered. He then stopped on one of the trees and laid Cassie down. Afterwards he covered her with a cloth that looked exactly like the bark of a tree and finally laid a kunai next to her with a special seal stuck on it.

Then he left and headed towards the meeting place that he and Akatsuki had decided on.

Cassie/Kyuubi: thinks: * i hate this....i'm paralyzed...and i'm gonna be killed...i can tell.....* i say in my head as i lay there on the branch as i start to feel the paralyzing jutsu wear off as i slowly get up and all of my wounds and my strength come back,as the dark kyuubi's strength overpowers me and i growl loudly, as i let the fangs and nails increase in size.

Shio was only about a mile away from the meeting place when he felt a large amount of chakra coming from where he left the girl. He looked back with an annoyed look on his face. "Sheesh this plan isn't working. I thought she would be unconcious for longer than that. Maybe this was a bad idea. If I can't keep her under control than there is no way I can make a deal with akatsuki. Well I guess i have made up my mind. I will have to give up this plan and make a new one... or have i been caught up in revenge for too long." Shio thought to himself.

With that he turned a different way and headed back towards konoha to rest and think about his priorities. "I just hope I don't meet anyone along the way. I'm tired from using so much chakra." Shio said to the setting sun.

Cassie/Kyuubi: starts darting twards where shio is and fires a black burst of fire out of my mouth at him as 20 of my kyuubi clones and i surroun him. "what? did you think that you could keep the dark kyuubi down? well..... YOU WERE WRONG!!!! NOW I AM GONNA TEAR YOU TO SHREDS!!!! and don't try that dumb paralysis jutsu beacuse after the first time....i became immune to your idiotic jutsus. AND NOW I"M GONNA RIP YOU FROM LIMB TO LIMB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Shio jumped out of the way.

"Not again." Shio sighed. "Look i'm tired and don't feel like fighting now. Please just leave. Annoying fox."

"hmm insulting a biju. What am I crazy. Oh well." Shio thought to himself as a smile came across his lips...

Cassie: switches back and says: " i know who you were talking to.... you were talking to itachi" i say as i turn around and start heading twards konoha.

Shio looks up only to see Cassie jumping away.

"umm... ok. Goodbye then. Huh I thought she was just talking about ripping me apart. Sheesh that girl has some crazy mood swings." Shio said.

"Well if she isn't going to attack me I guess i better start heading back as well... I just hope I don't get caught in Konoha. I can only assume that they made me a rogue ninja after i left so I better be careful." Shio thought as he headed in a different direction towards konoha that wouldn't lead him along the same path that Cassie was taking.

Cassie: turns and heads to the sound village since no one would want me at konoha anymore.

Shio finally made it to konoha and managed to find one of the inn's.

"Ahh finally I can rest." Shio groaned after he walked up to his room and fell asleap on the bed. "I wonder whatever happened to that girl..." he thought as he drifted off.

Naruto looked around to see all the Shinobi in line. "Ok." He said and watched as the screen that everyone was looking at changed colors. It also switched threw tons of names then it stopped showing a match of the Premulary. Akadou Yoroi Vs. Uchiha Sasuke it showed. Naruto's eyes bulged out nearly once he seen the match. A smile came acrosss Sasuke's mouth as he was Injured all over from the Death Forest they were in. And they hadn't even got to got home and get rest or anything. He had scorch marks all over his face. "Hm. Right off the bat, eh." Then he shuttered closing his eyes as pain went through out his body. He put his right hand ontop of his Curse Mark. And closed his eyes then opened them again and smiled. Yoroi smiled at the screen. "Hm. Perfect chance." He said smileing beneath the clothe covering his face. Sakura looked at Sasuke from behind. "Oh, no, why Sasuke-Kun?" She said worried about him scared. Gaara turned his head to Sasuke. He had a emtionless expression on his face and looked at him. Sasuke turned to Gaara and smiled at him. Lee looked at Sasuke emtionless as well. Sasuke turned to Lee and smiled at him as well. The Anouncer coughed in his hand. "Those whose names were displayed, step up."

Shio awoke a little while later and looked up at the sun. It had only been an hour and a half yet he felt as though he had just slept for an entire night. "Mmh. I wonder what is going on this village now. Maybe the tournament is still going." Shio thought. He then pulled out a blue stone from under his shirt and smiled as it glinted in the sunshine. "This heirloom really comes in handy. It helps being able to restore your energy and chakra by only sleeping a few hours." he chuckled. "Now let's go see what's going on..."

Shio walked out of the inn and headed towards where the exams were held before. He walked into the building and once again began to watch from the shadow's. "An uchiha eh. This should be fun to watch." Shio whispered.

Doso turned his head giving Sasuke a emtionless look. Instead of the usual cocky smiled Sasuke gave a calm look. Neji folded his arms and watched emtionless to see the fight. Sasuke and Yoroi walked into the middle of the Stadium. All the other Shinobi walked away from the Arena and sat down in the stance. The anouncer watched quietly. This should be good. He put his hands in the air, in his left hand carrying a Note book. "The first match's fighters are Akadou Yoroi Vs. Uchiha Sasuke. Are there any Objections?" Sasuke and Yoroi stood in front of each other stareing each other down. Sasuke looked as calm as ever as he looked at Yoroi. Yoroi seemed to have no feelings at all, with his pitch black glasses on. He also had a suit on all black the shirt and jeans, a yellow band wrapped around his waist. He also had gloves on and stared down Sasuke. Sasuke with his dark blue, and white and dark blue arm pads slanted down. There hands both in fists. They then seemed to give each other a calm look. "No!" They both said answering the Anouncers question. Orochimaru in his whole new body smiled. No one knew were or who he was except his minons. Kakashi stood there waiting for the fight to begin. Sakura looked at Sasuke surprised at him yet scared. All i can do is watch now...Sasuke-Kun... She said in her mind then nodded trusting him. Naruto balled his hands into a fist and looked at Sasuke. Sasuke, if you want to fight me, don't lose. He said in his mind looking at Sasuke. His shoulders went up from the tension in the air. Ino looked surprise at Sasuke. Sasuke-Kun's acting weird... She said in her mind her eyes wide open. Doso smiled underneath his Bandages across his covering everything except his one eye and ear. Is it the fault of the Curse Seal? He said wondering. Rock Lee looked at Sasuke emtionless. Sasuke-Kun, give it your best shot! He said to himself. Rock Lee balled his hand into a fist and put it to his chin. Neji looked at Sasuke his hands folded. I will see how you do He said staring Sasuke down. Gaara just sat there looking at Sasuke emtionless his arms folded. Sasuke looked at Yoroi calmly. When a sudden pain was felt all over his body. His eyes closed slightly and he gritted his teeth. The pain won't go away... He then ignored his pain. Yoroi smiled under his black clothe covering his mouth. Looks like the Curse Seal hurts Yoroi said to himself. The anouncer coughed in his hand. "We will now begin the first match. Everyone other then the two fighters, please move up there." He said pointing at the stands. Everyone walked over to the stands.

Shio walked into the stands and enjoyed the fight that was starting.

Kakashi began to walk over to Naruto and Sasuke and Sakura. Naruto turned around seeing Kakashi. "Hey, Kakashi-Sensei!" He yelled jumping up in down smileing. Kakashi walked behind Sasuke. "Sasuke. Don't use your Sharingan." Sasuke was surprised to here him he then smiled. "So you know?" Kakashi continued looking straight. "If that Curse Seal on your neck becomes uncontrollable, it may kill you." Sasuke's smiled faded away. "That's what i figured." Kakashi put both of his hands in his pocket. "If that happens, the match will be canceled. And i'll stop you, so keep that in mind." Kakashi then started walking away, he then disappeared and reappeared in front of Shio. Sasuke turned around. Canceled?! He said to himself, he then put his right hand on his Curse Mark. This Curse seal seems to react to my Chakra. He said to himself he then began to remember what happened in the Death Forest. When his Curse Seal was reacting and he went crazy on Doso and Zaku. If i try a mold my Chakra...It takes over my mind and will to extract Chakra out of me without limit. In other words, using my Sharingan is out of the Question, and i can't even use normal Techniques. He said to himself and turned to Yoroi. Orochimaru in his new body smiled. No one would notice him anyway. But Yoroi's ability will turn out Dreadful for you...Sasuke-Kun. He said to himself and folded his arms. Sasuke smiled at Yoroi. Now, how should i fight? He said to himself. Kakashi turned his head around slightly. Don't push yourself, Sasuke. He said to himself then turned back to Shio. "So what are you doing here. Or are you just a teacher in a different Village since this is the Chunnin exams." He said knowing he wasn't but didn't say. The anouncer stretched out his hands. "Begin." Yoroi did a hand symbol. "Let's go!" He yelled at Sasuke. Sasuke smiled and reached into his Kunai Knife pouch. "Okay!"

Shio looked up to see kakashi standing in front of him in the stands. "So the one and only copy ninja Kakashi. What... do you want to know where that girl is, or have you just been pissed off ever since I used that paralyzing jutsu on you." he said with a slight grin.

Kakashi stayed looking at Shio. "Yup. One and only i'm not mad. But i do want to know were the girl is." He stratched his head. "Well she's a comrade. And the Jutsu yea i've noticed that along time ago. I pretty much took care of it." He said and put his hands in his pocket.

"The girl... I don't know where she is. You didn't seem to mind when I took her the first time. Why do you care now. And to answer your question, I don't know where she is. She was heading here last I saw her. Who knows maybe Akatsuki got to her... but it's not my problem anymore." Shio said.

"You probally hadn't noticed but that boy. Naruto i sent him for you. Me i could have caught you and killed you anytime. It's just Naruto needs more training he needed a warm up before the Chunnin exams. "Funny right." He said and blinked his eye his eye then narrowed and his Sharingan eye was opened. But Shio couldn't see it because the mask. "Akatsuki..." He said and sighed. Yoroi put his hand down and a Chakra aura was around his hand. He then reached into his back pocket were his Shuriken were. Sasuke quickly pulled out his Kunai Knife. And Yoroi threw his Shuriken at Sasuke. "Ahhh!" Sasuke yelled and put his Kunai Knife in the air, he then swung it down full force. And the Shuriken shot back at Yoroi. Sasuke the felt pain all over his body. And his Curse Seal glowed. "Ah!" He said and jumped back he then fell to the ground. "Shoot." Yoroi disappeared and the Shuriken flew into the wall behind him. Sasuke looked up seeing Yoroi disappear from his current spot. Yoroi appeared behind Sasuke and punched down full force. Sasuke's eyes widened and he rolled out the way just in time. The place were Yoroi hit smashed into pieces and blew. Sasuke stuck his Kunai Knife in the ground to stop himself. He then swung his legs forward and grasped onto Yoroi's leg making him fall down. Sasuke had his legs in the perfect place to kill Yoroi or put him in great pain. Yoroi acted like he didn't care. Sasuke held onto Yoroi's hand tightly. Naruto smiled and jumped up. "He did it!" He yelled smileing at Sasuke. Yoroi smiled under the black clothe covering his mouth. "Hm!" He said and put his hand on Sasuke's chest. And the Chakra aura went around his hand and Sasuke started shaking. "My strength." Orochimaru smiled in his new body at Yoroi.

"Really, well we may have to test that sometime eh Kakashi." Shio smirked. "Anyways why are you standing here. I told you what I know and I assume that if you cared that much that you would have already used that eye of yours to try and read me. Now get out of my way. I want to see these genin fight." Shio said.
