The One Above All (TOAA) weakess character ever?
Since everyone always seems to want to rate characters on their actual seen feats, instead of what the company states or writes about them, does that mean that TOAA is very weak? We've never seen TOAA do a damn thing, and everyone here seems to go with the belief that unless they see it, it doesn't rate.

who decides what happens to the universe, without others knowing.
Maybe he was the one who made Thanos doubt his worthiness and thus make himself vulnerable, so that the other heroes could get the infinity gauntlet.
If you ask me the TOAA is the one who makes people do what they do.

Youre taking it too far there. The supreme being of Marvel, the god equivalent isnt a character to be judged by the same criteria used for higher beings such as LT and Phoenix. If such beings acknowledge a superior power to themselves then as omniscient beings, virtually omnipotent beings that is a point we must accept. The supreme being of Marvel will likely never be featured on panel and rightly so.
TOAA however is LTs master its not been stated to be the supreme being of Marvel, just LTs master and a power greater than the IG. Phoenix is arguably beyond the IG and Jean acknowledges a higher power who she serves but that has never been stated to be TOAA. TOAA is only suggested to be Marvels supreme being. It isnt conclusively. Whatever is Marvels supreme being cannot be judged by the same criteria used for normal characters for obvious reasons.
