To be honest with you Thor is one exceedingly powerful character. If he was allowed to use Mjolnir the way it should be used (implying that he is no longer written as using Mjolnir as a baseball bat, but instead starts using it for magic based attacks, dimension warping, and speed-blitzing) Thor would be very hard to beat.
Note: I am talking about 'normal' Thor .....there would be no need for the more powerful versions if 'normal' Thor started behaving like a Norse deity instead of a drunk slugger with a hammer.

Anyways ....Thor as deity or Thor as 'drunk slugger with hammer' beats Colossus all the same.
