I personally dont think it does as I have often found a lot of ''big'' guy's are pussies and are all show......Opinions?

Size dosent matter, your right

Size does matter. I thought I already explained this in my first post here.

Big guys lose, i have a mate at my school who gets pushed around by someone almost half his size!

But you never know, peepz are different....

If you had read my post, you'd know that I said size matters when skill is equal.

The guy who won is Fedor Emelianenko. He is the world's best martial artist at the moment. He has an undefeated record in Pride, the fight circuit that holds the best fighters period.

The guy he was fighting is Zulu Zhino.......a nobody.

The fight was set up as a joke. The only fighters that can even match up with Fedor are Mirko Filipovic and Antonio Nogueira.

oh and yo, im a proof also. im 5'8 and i fought someone who wuz 6'3. I won but people say it wuz luck but it wusnt. the guy didnt hit me once.

I doubt the guy you were fighting had any real skill.

I guess I am proof that it does matter then.

I've beaten several guys who train in Mauy Thai, jujitsu, brazilian jujuitsu, etc simply because I was bigger. I train too, but they would have been my equal if they were larger.

And seriously, watch Bob Sapp. The only reason he even won any fights was because he was huge.

Let's put it this way.

I'm 5'4" I weigh 109 pounds and I've taken on (and beaten) 200+ pound guys before.

Size doesn't matter.

It's knowledge.

*sigh*

None of you have explained weight divisions yet.

Size only becomes a nonfactor if there is a skill disparity in favor of the smaller guy.

if they both have the same skill than obviously the bigger guy would win. but the strength/leverage/reach advantage is sumwhat overshadowd by trust and confidence in onesself. the larger guy would mostly have more confidence than the smaller one, specially when the little guy feals threatened by the big one, confidence is a huge thing.

At least you realize it's skill level that changes things. Some of these people are acting like being small gives you the speed of The Flash.

if your small AND unskilled than no1 can help you other than maybe an insane adrenaline surge when your near death which gives you the strength to lift cars{its happened with small women before}.
