I'd probably put him somewhere around 85-90. I could be wrong, though.
Nevertheless, strength isn't going to be a factor anyway. They're too close in that area.

Namor could absorb a lot of Tony's energy attacks coming towards him. I don't know how long he could keep that up, but he could still pull 4/10 imo. However, Stark would take the majority.

As far as I know, Namor can only absorb and redirect electricity. Iron Man could blast Namor with heat or plasma blasts. Can Namor absorb those without any ill effects? Doubtful.
