X-Men vs. Ninja Turtles

I have been having a debate for quite some time with a few friends as to who would win in a fight, the Ninja Turtles or the X-Men. I personally think that the answer is terribly obvious, but for the sake of helping out my friends, please weigh in. You migh consider answering:

1. Who has better fighting skills?

2. Who specifically could beat whom?

3. What weakness/strengths would come into play?

The more thorough, the better!!

Depends on who is in X-men team.
If there are Wolvie, Colossus, Rogue, Storm then
i feel sorry for turtles.

And if there are only Jean, Nightcrawler, Shadowcat and Cyclops then...
Mmmm... No X-men win anyway.

Slightly stronger then human turtles with great ninja and Martial arts skill vs Mutants who's powers can decimate groups and armies by themselves. Then take those lone Mutants and put them in a big group.

Nah ....I don't think the turtles can win this no mater which members of the x-men there are on the team.

Maybe Beast, and wolverine could fight the four by themselves.

That would be good handicap match.
