No, it should say "over our heads and pointless."

I always liked this pic. It's Earth, from about 4 billion miles away, taken by Voyager 1. This beautifully illustrates just how truly insignificant we are when compared to the scope to the universe. (btw: the halo effect in the pic are light rays from the sun)

There's another Dorothea Lange photo that I can't find anywhere. It might be of the same family in the really famous one, but one of the kids is looking toward the camera, in this very odd, almost ghostly way. I also second/third/fourth the Tiannanmen square one...
