I'd have to go with Ulik. All though the Abomination has more physical strength, Ulik has beaten down Thor a few times and I feel that he is the superior fighter. His battle mace helps out as well.

Ulik is a brick, just like Abomination, and fighting other bricks is definately in Abomination's comfort zone. They'll both fight dirty, but I think Abomination is going to be fighting dirtier.
