Terrax could well decide to duke it out, thats his weakness and the reason why he has jobbed so many times.

Terrax's main weakness is hes over confident, he will take people on hand to hand if challenged.

Without that though, Hulk is pretty much doomed.

Terrax was chumped by Sentry, while Bannerless Hulk took on two squads of Avengers (East and West Coast) and was winning.

If they fought Terrax, Hercules alone would beat him.

Stalemated? Wasn't that the encounter in which Surfer nearly killed Hulk without half trying when he tried to drain the Gamma radiation, but there was no Banner left for Hulk to transform into? Surfer let him go in the end and Hulk left the fight.

Terrax is in Hulk's league here and could take some wins, but he won't take a majority unless he fights seriously and for the quick kill. CIS withstanding, Terrax will fight arrogantly and lose.

the Onslaught-arc Bannerless Hulk was mindless with pain, the pain of separation, and was leaking radiation all over the place.

it wasn't a particularly strong Hulk as it couldn't think or focus in anyway, due to the pain it was suffering, but it could still get stronger iirc; as such I'd say it quickly overpowers and rips Terrax to pieces.
