Fight takes place in vast wilderness of Canada. No prep.

Wolverine isn't a part of Alpha Flight anymore.

alpha goes and gets their hockey sticks and slapshots the brother hood

Well because its in the wilderness, a lot of things could happen. Avalanche could cause a huge seismic wave and knock down all the trees so Alpha Flight would have trouble with that. Also, Pyro could create an enormous forrest fire and that could also potentially give Alpha Flight some trouble. If these are not enough to stop Alpha Flight, then they would be considerable distractions for Alpha Flight, leaving them to succeptible to attack.

I used this list to pick members for the Brotherhood. I really wasn't going for long-term or well known members as I was for people I though would make both teams even.
