Sora(Kingdom Hearts) vs Link(Legend of Zelda)

Dodging lasers is a nice one. But, here comes teh infamous WHIPZ FEAT!

Sora's laser feat is less impressive. For one he needed Riku's assistance to survive all of that, and for two they aren't real lasers.

It's rather hard to say he was able to time the blocking, too. As opposed to doing that he stands in a spot and spins the Keyblade.

MooCow, tell me after watching this that Sora was "in a spot" while deflecting the lasers, and we're calling it lasers because that's what they look like. Energy capsules, Mike & Ikes, the point is the speed bro not what he was deflecting. For the record he also deflects gunshots from pirates in POTC world.

Well, they were in the central area, if that's what you meant. I almost took it that it meant he stood there spinning the blade. 😛

I've seen that before by playing it.

Yeah, he and Riku are in the center of it all. They see one coming, move to the specific spot and spin the blade fast enough so that the beam can't get through the area of the spinning keyblade. It's like if you tried to jump through a giant fan.

It doesn't really add anything to their speed or reaction time. Moving such a short distance in the amount of time they do is easily achievable.

Ok, watch specifically from 6:42. They're moving like squirrels, practically zipping (body movement). That's easily achievable...by Loz from Advent Children. Also the gunshot is a reaction feat, since he put it up the instant the gun was fired.

I've seen it before.

To be honest, I always thought the reaction command at the start of the KH2 Sephiroth fight was the fastest. Not because its Sephy but because it was just so freakin fast.

Some shots they block were shot from behind, they moved and react to them as soon as they're fired.
Seph ones a good feat too.

(Using OoT Link) On strength, Link can lift a large pillar weighing hundreds of tons with the gauntlets and push some big stuff several times his own weight. Sora's slicing skyscrapers makes him (rough estimate) a little bit on par or so with Link's strength.

Link's got the items and durability while Sora has the magic abilities and flight. I'm not sure about who's faster though.

I thought the last category you mentioned was an roflstomp in Sora's favor, but meh. I haven't seen speed on par from link yet. Got a LINK for it, lol. 😛

He does mini omnislash ver. 5's in Final Form, where it looks like he forms into beaming light.

lol just because you think Sora would win doesn't mean you have to make any negative comments about Link. A fight between the 2 of them, if it were really ever made, would be quite epic and could go either way imho.

And no, Sora cannot fly. He can in Neverland because of Tinker Bell and those other worlds for unknown reasons. He doesn't fly against Xemnas either.

TP Link's attacks are not at the speed of most Org. XIII members, especially Xemnas and Larxene. Also Sora can fly. He does so when fighting World of Darkness (Xehanort's Heartless final form), Chernabog, armored Xemnas, and Xemnas in his black/white coat.

I'd say normal Sora vs. Link would be pretty even, but Final Form is too much of an advantage for Sora.
