Spider-Man's also Class 15. Kurt's maybe peak human. Maybe. But even that's a stretch. He's got great agility, but I'd be shocked if he could bench more than about 300lbs.
Despite Rhino's titanic stupidity, he'd have to try real hard to lose this one. Someone might pull out the obscure and iffy "NC'er teleports a limb off" but even if that's canon, it's doubtful he could do it to someone as solid as Rhino.
Teleporting a mile in the air a few times and letting him fall might work, but Rhino would have ample opportunity to hit him...and one hit is all it would take.
Rhino's weak spot is his face (mouth and eyes), so Kurt just has to teleport a steel staff or something through his eyes right into his brain - game over.
I just loved it when he finished a Thing-robot, which he could not harm conventionally, with a similar stunt. He teleported an engine block into the robot - game over.

If Rhino uses his head he might win this.
Still i think, that teleporting something into Rhino's face would be the most effective (and most vicious 😈 ) way to finish him.
Nightcrawler teleports Rhino's head off.
Total fight time: 2.3 seconds.
For a non-violent tactic: "The process of teleportation is a tremendous strain on his endurance and that of any passengers, while extensive training has raised his tolerance for teleportation, most of his passengers lack this tolerance. Therefore one of his tactics is to grab opponents and make several quick teleportations with them. They usually are weakened or even pass out from the strain."
