spiderman was proabably holding back cuz peter and matt are like friends right?(correct me if im wrong) just like batman and superman, supes could squish batman to absolutely nothing easily, but he doesnt want to so he lets batman kick his ass because clark and bruce are friends...same situation, and what do u mean by he can 'roll with those hits'? regardless if hes rolling or not, hes going to be taking them and if tries to block with his arm when batmans in a chi ninja trance, DD's arms gunna get broken! and what makes u think batman couldnt perform a 'palmstrike' as well?
^Pretty much. Batman's a WAY more skilled fighter and the best DD could ever hope for is to dodge one of his attacks. Any of DD trying to block Batman, and Batman's gonna brake his arm. I've seen Batman take down Bane h2h before for crying out loud. DD, albeit tough, cannot and will not beat Batman in straight h2h. Batman is too much of a brawler/ninja/effective fighter for DD. Give him his billy clubs back and don't give Batman his gadgets back, and I say that DD takes it, otherwise DD is going down pretty hard.

In a comic, you'd likely see a draw or Bats winning because of Batman's much higher popularity. Here, Bats is getting FUBARed by a guy who'll be one step ahead the whole time. Batman can lose people.

okok, but still i think batman would get at least one or two punches in somehow...i mean, hes mastered 127 different forms of martial arts which makes him a very unpredictable opponent, even to someone like Daredevil

only because of his heightened senses, batmans a waay more advaced fighter than DD...ive heard people say bats is like a 7 in fighting, while DD's merely a 5, with his billy club too...and w/e this is just ur opinion and no1's right no1's wrong its just what we think and i have an opinion too, but mine is that batman would get some hits in one way or another

If Bats were ranked in Marvel, he would most likely be a 7. Marvels stats discredit Daredevil. He should at least be a 6, yet hes ranked as 5. Thats why Marvel stats dont hold much validity.
PS: Theres no doubts that Bats would get hits on DD. They just probably wouldnt be landed more than Daredevils hits. Probably less effective as well.
