Well obviously and how comics operate in any given story is down to the writer and not the power set. So really any argument involving characters with high level powers really depends on who is written to strike first and if that first strike is fatal or power sapping or not.

Wanda was an absolute God within her Universal Warp. 🙂
It was also Her Power (unwittingly) that was collapsing the Omniverse,

Absolutely, but a major trauma to the heart can lead to instantaneous death.
Getting shot by Hawkeye with one of his specialized arrows, in Kill mode,
right in the heart, should be guaranteed death if you're susceptible to Mortality.
Also, Wanda was caught by surprise because Dr Strange was distracting her
with emotional guilt.
Still, the Arrow disassemble while inserted in her heart,
this means she must've remade her Heart at the same time,
or it doesn't matter cause she controls Reality
and the Arrow never had any real affect on her.
I don't think it matters much in this case. The only way I could see Darkseid winning is by sending the OE into the past and destroying her before she got this powerful. But I don't think temporal continuity matters to someone like her.
and for the record, time control wise, I think Cosmic Extant would beat her.
