Batman Vs Terminator

Who would win, Batman with no prep time to very little prep time, or the Terminator from T2 (Arnold) I think Batman would take him apart, I mean... he's batman!

Batman. Now, is this a terminator with the endoskeleton showing, or looking like a normal human? If it looks normal, Batman will have a bad start, trying to punch it. Whenever he figures out that its a machine, he'll kick the shit out of it using just the stuff in his utility belt. He has powerful explosives and electrical doohickeys lol.

Whatever Sarah Conners can do Batman can do better.
