I don't think Hulk is really afraid of anybody outside of Mjonir and the Void.

Not that it matters. Quasar wins 10/10. All he really has to do at the beginning of each fight is drain Hulk of his gamma radiation.

It doesn't depend on anything. Quasar is able to stalemate a bloodlusted Silver Surfer and put down a Watcher. His simplest constructs are enough to hold Hercules. Hulk loses 10/10
