sentry holding of big G is nothing new..... shit thor alone drove big G back.. as of the moment i put sentry on Thors level nothing more then that... unless i see him doing something creater in power then thor

I stalemated Galactus with a planet size cheeseburger!

Anyway, I don't know if Sentry stalemated Galactus or not, but I don't think he's enough to beat the Surfer.

Sentry didn't stalemate Galactus on panel. Furthermore, none of the details of the fight were disclosed. Was he full power? Half powered? Damn near dead like the Alpha Flight fight? Who knows? We sure don't. You'd think that Galactus, even starved, would still be miles above the Silver Surfer but he sure as hell isn't portrayed in such a manner.

I guess that they have to have the Purple Planet Eater be beaten sometime. They even had Thanos knock the big guy's helmet off. In reality, he's on the power level of Eternity. The thing about Marvel is that everybody's gotta be beaten once. However, it builds up for the next fight.

Even so, even beating Galactus doesn't mean anything unless we get a good indication of how hungry or powerful he was at the time.

good point even though the comic doesnt exist that the thing happend does exist in the world of the MU but on panal no i dont believe it does.

in comics you got others heroes like batman saying shite like superman is the most powerful heroe and blah blah blah we all no that aint true we no that and GL, wonder woman, flash, dr fate, martain manhunter, jakeem thunder,captain marvel, black adam, zatanna, capton atom, firestorm and ETC can all kill ether kill superman without much trouble all can bet him to the point were his almost dead anyday day of the week... so spiderman saying sentry is equal to big G is like Batman saying superman can take every heroe in the dc un..... or are u taking spidermans word over batmans.

Silver Surfer takes this, his showings are greater than Sentry's, his powers more variable and his damage output and resistance too much for the S-man. Sorry Sentry, I like you, but you're not good enough for the Surfer!
