No he can't. If someone created HOTU, it was TOAA. THOTU was manipulated by higher being. Even Thanos knew that, and if it was controlled, it was by TOAA.

He's talking about the Celestial TOAA, not the LT's boss TOAA.

Why are u saying this? Direct me to a part in Marvel The End where it says TOAA was killed by Thanos' actions.

After that please direct me to a source other than Thanos' speculation that confirms that HOTU was the supreme beings power. All we know for a fact is that it was a vast energy source and because of the level of its power Thanos speculated that it was the supreme beings power and speculated about why he had obtained it. None of his speculation was supported in the bio for Akhenaten. It too just stated it was a vast power source of unknown origins. Thanos' speculation is NOT canon. He speculated about the IG being the power of the supreme being of Marvel as well. He was wrong.

Any of the Abstracts or a full powered Galactus could do it.
