that was depowered juggernaut in onslaught saga onslaught did this to him he lost his invulnerability and a bit of his power in all new exiles before onslaught saga

I think it's Savage Hulk. Maestro himself has stated that he's more or less affraid of the Savage Hulk, because that Hulk has the most efficient rage-strength balance. Maestro's intelligence somewhat limits the level of rage he can archieve.
