How many thieves, killers, rapists and whataver else get away? Just think about it... I mean, i'll take a random (and creepy) story from locally as an EG:
A guy who lives scarily on my road attempted to burn his parents house down while they slept there. He had a change of heart called the Fire Brigade and got off on probation. A month later, he was arrested for a VERY short sentence for raping a young buy... but he got what he wanted from it... did he REALLY lose?
