I think the best way is to read the bio of a character from a valid source and see which events would be considered PIS, CIS or SvFL.

Best is to see the majority of the character's comics and judge them...

For example, Namor's bios state him to be Class 85, put his top flying speed as 40 MPH and his top swimming speed as 60MPH...which truly isn't the case.
