Doomsday vs The High Evolutionary

Not a vs battle, DD would kill him sooooo quick. But if Herbert Edgar Wyndham devolved DD back into Kryptonian laboratory slime, would he evolve beyond even that? Meaning, would he regenerate and not be able to be devolved again?

unknown if his dna keeps a record of what has happend to him then maybe like when gohan made cell devolve by making him puke up andriod eighteen but later on he came back as his perfect self after dieing yet regenerating cause his dna had kept a sample of his true power so im not sure.
