Yesterday my Niece (who is 16 1/2) called me and asked me if I could do her a favor. I sighed, knowing what she was going to ask, but said what.She said "I got the parking ticket today and I was wondering if you could take care of it for me?" I said no and she got pissed off at me and told me I was a terrible aunt, because i wouldn't help her out.
First off the ticket was only 5 dollars, second...it's her responsibility.
Alot of my siblings and nieces and nephews ask me to do that for them. And they get mad at me when I tell them that it's wrong.
Is this normal?
I feel like my family is trying to take advantage of me.
