The clock is counting down the April 1st, the day where ALL of Quebec goes smokeless

You will not be allowed to smoke in any Public place, or any place of business, this includes inside apartment buildings with more then 6 Apartments.

You will not be allowed to smoke in any school property (during hours of operations.)

BUT You are allowed to smoke inside your own home and anywhere outside, as long as it is 30 feet away from any opening to any public / place of business.

So I was walking in downtown Montreal, looked around and realized something.

in 75% of ALL places Downtown / Greater Montreal 30 feet away from business = SMACK in the middle of the street.

BURN! 😱

(No pun intended)

Meaning, to smoke in greater montreal, you will have to take a good 5 minute walk to find a place to light up.

It's already like that here in Ontario. disgust
