I don't think, I know Destroyer cannot defeat a celestial, even if it was animated by all asgardians including Odin, It happened already and Destroyer was utterly defeated.
As far as some damage is concerned, Thor tore a tiny whole in Exitar's armor, doesn't mean he had a chance though.
